Applicants submit the following documents:

1. Education document (certificate, certificate or diploma of education);

2. Medical certificate in form No. 075 (fluorography is mandatory for non-resident applicants);

3. Photos 3x4 - 4 pcs;

4. Digital signature key of one of the parents;

5. Birth certificate for identification;
